From October 14–30, six of the eight Living Hope for Children board members traveled to Uganda. Everywhere we went we experienced contagious joy, deep appreciation, and extravagant love from sponsored children, their guardians, staff, community members, and government officials. The welcome was overwhelming — children singing praise songs, performing traditional dances, and guardians greeting us with open arms.
